氘代丙酮可作为医药合成中间体,如制备一种7β,10β-二甲氧基多西紫杉醇的氘代丙酮合物晶型A。
用途
氘代丙酮主要用作核磁共振试剂,制药和合成,光电材料改性用、实验室专用试剂、化学品、科研、检测用等等。
制备方法
氘代DMSO:将DMSO与重水在碱性催化剂(氧化钙)的作用下交换为DMSO-d6,这一过程需要重复多次以得到高纯度的氘代DMSO;
氘代丙酮:丙酮与重水在碱性催化剂(LiOD)的作用下发生H-D交换制备;
氘代苯:苯与重水在过渡金属催化下与重水交换得到氘代苯;
氘代四氢呋喃:四氢呋喃在过渡金属催化下与重水交换制的;
氘代氢氧化钠或氘代氢氧化钾可以由金属单质与重水反应制备;
氘气:通过电解氘水可以制备氘气;
氘化锂可以由金属锂与氘气反应制备;
同理,氘化钠可以由金属钠与氘气反应合成;
有了氘化锂,氘化锂铝就有着落了,氘代的四氢锂铝(氘化锂铝,LiAlD4) 可以由氘化锂(LiD)与氯化铝反应制备。
