用途

2,4,6-三异丙基苯磺酰氯为有机烃类化合物，广泛用作医药、染料、颜料、助剂等的中间体。

制备

1)1000mL四口瓶中，加入2,4,6-三异丙苯72.0g，搅拌下加入硫酸钠3.6g，冰浴降 温至5℃以下，控制反应温度为5‑15℃，控制1.5‑2.0小时，自滴液漏斗缓速滴 加一次氯磺酸77.0g，加毕，于10‑15℃保温反应0.5小时； 2)控制反应温度为15‑25℃，控制0.5‑1.0小时，自滴液漏斗缓速滴加二 次氯磺酸145.0g，加毕，于20‑25℃保温反应2.0小时制得磺化物料； 3)1000mL烧杯中，加入冰水混合物150g，开动搅拌，将上述磺化物料缓 速加入冰水中，于15℃以下保持作用15分钟，将物料置于分液漏斗中静置30 分钟，分出下层有机层制得2,4,6-三异丙基苯磺酰氯128.8g，收率98.3％。
