生产方法
由氯乙酰胺与碘化钠反应而得。将氯乙酰胺、无水丙酮、无水碘化钠在浴上回流15h。冷至室温,滤出氯化钠,回收丙酮,稍冷后倒入硫酸氢钠的冰水中,然后用硫酸钠饱和溶液中和至pH6。冷却结晶,过滤得粗品。粗品用水重结晶,即得成品。
