概述
延胡索甲素为季胺类生物碱,是罂粟科紫堇属植物延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang)块茎中的主要有效成分之一。现代药理学表明延胡索甲素不仅有镇痛、兴奋子 宫、抗心律失常等作用,延胡索甲素具有抗吗啡样作用,还可用于制备为戒毒药物。
应用
延胡索甲素在无毒性范围内能够有效地抑制呼吸道病毒的复制,可进一步开发为治疗或预防病毒性呼吸道疾病的药物,具有广泛的应用前景。

Corydaline ((+)-Corydaline) 是一种从 Corydalis yanhusuo 提取的异喹啉生物碱,是一种 AChE 抑制剂,IC50 为 226 µM。Corydaline 是一种 μ 阿片受体 (μ-opioid receptor, Ki 为 1.23 µM) 激动剂,可抑制肠道病毒 71 (EV71) 复制 (IC50 为 25.23 µM)。Corydaline 具有抗血管生成,抗过敏,胃排空和抗伤害感受的作用。

Corydaline could inhibit the viral RNA synthesis in a dose dependent manner.
