Phloracetophenone (2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone) 是多叶姜黄 (Curcuma comosa Roxb) 中苯乙酮糖苷的糖苷配基部分，具有降低胆固醇作用，能够增强胆固醇 7α-羟化酶 (CYP7A1) 的活性；Phloracetophenone 通过 Mrp2 刺激胆汁分泌。

体外研究

Phloracetophenone (2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone) is a cholesterol-lowering agent, enhances cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase (CYP7A1) activity, and elevates CYP7A1 mRNA level. Phloracetophenone (1, 2, and 4 μmol/min) immediately and dose-dependently increases bile acid-independent bile flow in the isolated perfused rat liver.

体内研究

Phloracetophenone (2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone; 125 or 250 μmol/kg, intraduodenal injection) shows choleretic activity requiring multidrug resistance protein-2 (Mrp2) in rats. Phloracetophenone (40 μmol/min) partially prevents the E2-17G induced cholestasis.
