用途
PHA是一种促细胞分裂原（mitogen）。在体外能刺激小淋细胞转化成具有免疫活性的淋细胞，并促进其分裂。转化的淋巴细胞能分泌各种淋巴因子。 1、PHA对外周周血淋巴细胞的转化作用。外周血淋巴细胞与PHA在体外一起培养，可使小淋巴细胞转化为淋巴母细胞。 2、PHA刺激淋巴细胞有丝分裂。 3、PHA能增强淋巴细胞玫瑰花环率，可用以判断机体细胞免疫功能。 4、PHA有促进腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬作用。 5、PHA能诱导产生细胞移动抑制因子。 6、PHA能用于淋巴细胞亚太群研究。
